Multizähler der Serie CEU5 wurde zur Verwendung mit CEP1 oder CE1 Hochpräzisions- Positionierzylindern entwickelt. Die Serie CEU5 verwendet eine RS-232C Schnittstelle, über die mehrere Zähler miteinander verlinkt werden können (jeder Zähler hat eine eindeutige Adresse, 1-99). Ein BCD-Ausgang, über den der Zähler an ein Display angeschlossen werden kann, ist als Standardoption lieferbar.
