Die Präzisionsregler der Serie IR haben kompaktes Design und geringes Gewicht. Der maximale Einstelldruck wurde von dem üblichen Druck von 0,7 MPa auf 0,8 MPa erweitert. Der Entlüftungsvolumenstrom wurde fast verfünffacht (verglichen mit SMC IR201, IR401). Das optionale Befestigungselement und Manometer können frontseitig oder rückseitig montiert werden.
