Die Zylinder aus rostfreiem Stahl der Serie CG5-S entsprechen nach DIN 1.4301. Das verwendete Fett für die Lebensmittelindustrie entspricht den FDA-Richtlinien. Die Serie CG5-S ist zum Auswechseln der Dichtungen zerlegbar, was die Lebensdauer des Zylinders erhöht. Alle äußeren Teile sind aus Edelstahl. Die Befestigungselemente sind elektrolytisch poliert; deshalb sind sie glatter und verhindern die Ansammlung von Flüssigkeiten und Fremdstoffen. Stopfen für nicht benutzte Anschlussgewinde verhindern Rückstände im Gewinde.
