Designed for a wide range of applications – including vacuum 0.1Pa.abs - the PVQ valve accurately adjusts the flow rate smoothly and precisely by controlling the electrical input current externally. Due to the valves special coated internal moving parts both the operational service life has been extended to over 25 million cycles and noise emitted during the valve opening and closing has been reduced to a minimum.With enhanced specifications such as repeatability lower than 3%, hysteresis lower than 10%, reduced leakage and automatic valve closure when the power supply is turned off, the valve is available with brass or stainless steel body parts and FKM seal material.
