Leister hot-air appliances cover handheld units and stationary hot-air systems for soldering applications in electronics manufacturing. The range extends from compact 460 W analogue devices (Leister 100648) through 1600 W units (141227) to 2000 W stations (101881). Associated nozzles for HOTJET and TRIAC cover openings from 2 mm (107146) to 5 mm (107144, 100303) and four-sided hot-air nozzles from 10.1x10.1 mm to 40.1x40.1 mm for SMD rework.
Leister is known for precisely adjustable airflow temperature and volume. TRIAC and HOTJET devices are frequently used with process-specific nozzles for BGA and QFP rework. Airflow and temperature are independently adjustable, enabling gentle heat delivery to temperature-sensitive assemblies without stressing adjacent components.
