Fume Extractions

Soldering

Solder fume extraction removes gases, fine dust and particles produced during hand and machine soldering directly at the solder joint. Activated-carbon and fine-dust filters protect operators from flux vapours and metal particles. The range covers equipment and accessories from JBC, Weller, Bofa (Donaldson), Ersa, ULT, Alsident, OKI and Quick for single workstations through to industrial fume extraction systems.

Activated-carbon filters - adsorb flux vapours and organic compounds; regular replacement required
Fine-dust filters F7/M5/HEPA - retain metal particles and fine dust; filter class per EN 779 / EN 1822
ESD-safe extraction arms - Bofa arms D 32 and 50 mm with ESD properties for EPA areas
Flexible extraction hose - JBC FAE010 (1.5 m, D 50 mm, ESD) and FAE020 (flexible arm with nozzle)
📦 Station integration - modular holders with integrated extraction connection (JBC FAE050/FAE060)
