Delivery & Shipping Costs
Reliable shipping throughout Europe and worldwide — with full shipment tracking, ESD-compliant packaging and personal logistics support.
Parcel Shipping
Parcels are shipped via DHL, DPD or UPS with full shipment tracking. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery address.
Freight Shipping
Heavy or oversized goods (e.g. ESD workstations, shelving systems, industrial furniture) are delivered by freight carrier. Freight charges will be communicated with the order confirmation.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. The delivery period begins upon receipt of payment or, for purchase on account, upon order confirmation.
Transfer of Risk & Transport Liability
The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier, freight forwarder or other person designated to carry out the shipment. This applies regardless of whether shipment is made from the place of performance or who bears the freight costs.
We strongly recommend inspecting the goods immediately upon receipt for transport damage and noting any damage directly on the consignment note or delivery slip. Concealed defects must be reported in writing within 7 business days of receipt.

Heavy Parcel Labelling
In accordance with German postal modernisation legislation (Postmodernisierungsgesetz), parcels exceeding 10 kg are marked with a clearly visible weight notice. Parcels over 20 kg receive an additional label. Please ensure that appropriate handling equipment is available at the receiving location for heavy parcels.
Customs & International Delivery
For deliveries outside the EU, additional import duties, import VAT and customs fees may apply for the recipient. These are determined by the regulations of the destination country and are borne by the recipient. A1-ESD Equipment GmbH is neither liable for nor responsible for any import charges in the recipient's country.

Export Control & Sanctions Reservation
The delivery of goods and the provision of services are subject to the proviso that fulfilment is not restricted by any national or international regulations, in particular export control provisions, embargoes or other sanctions.
The customer is obligated to provide in a timely manner all information regarding the end use, including the intended end-use purpose and the identity of the actual end user.
Delays resulting from export control reviews or governmental approval procedures shall suspend agreed delivery periods and shall not constitute a delay in delivery.
If required governmental approvals are not granted, the affected portion of the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded. Claims for damages by the customer are excluded in this case.
Should the customer intend to resell, re-export or otherwise transfer the goods, the customer is obligated to independently verify whether restrictions under applicable export control law apply (in particular the EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821, the German Foreign Trade and Payments Act/AWG and the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance/AWV) and to obtain any required authorisations.
Product Safety (EU-GPSR)
A1-ESD Equipment GmbH complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (General Product Safety Regulation - GPSR). Product-specific information on manufacturer, product identification and, where required, warnings and safety instructions can be found directly in the respective product listings on our website.

Retention of Title
All goods delivered shall remain the property of A1-ESD Equipment GmbH until all claims arising from the business relationship have been paid in full (extended retention of title). The customer is entitled to resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business, but hereby assigns to us in advance all claims from such resale in the amount of the invoice value.
