ESD protection
ESD cleaning and maintenance covers all agents and tools used to preserve the antistatic properties of EPA surfaces, floors, and equipment. Conventional cleaning agents can leave insulating residues that permanently compromise the conductivity of ESD mats, floor coverings, and work surfaces. ESD-specific products such as Kinetronics brushes, ESD-MultiClean surface cleaner, and antistatic floor coatings maintain or restore the dissipation resistance within the required range.

Typical applications: Cleaning and restoration of conductivity of ESD mats and work surface areas, maintenance of conductive floor coverings (Ecotile, roll material, coatings), cleaning of PCBs and components with ESD-safe brushes, particle-free cleaning in cleanroom EPA areas, and periodic maintenance of all EPA components per IEC/EN 61340-5-1.
