ESD Mats

ESD equipment

ESD mats and surface coverings form the dissipative work surface and floor in EPA zones, providing controlled discharge of electrostatic charge via grounding cables and press-studs. The range is organised into table mats for individual workstations (individual mats 600x600 mm to 1220x610 mm and roll goods up to 10 m), table coverings in rubber (ProMAT corrugated rubber) and antistatic-coated materials, floor mats and interlocking tile systems, and particle-capture sticky mats for airlock areas. All products are designed for dissipative values per DIN EN 61340-5-1.

Dissipative surface - controlled charge dissipation per DIN EN 61340-5-1 for both table and floor
Formats 600x600 mm to 1220x610 mm - individual mats and roll goods (up to 10 m) for any workstation
Press-stud DK10 and DK4 - standardised grounding connectors for coiled cords and grounding leads
Sets with accessories - workstation sets combine table mat, grounding cable and wrist strap
📦 Sticky mats for airlocks - multi-layer PE adhesive film keeps particles out of EPA areas
