Ultrasonic baths
Industrial technology
Bandelin ultrasonic baths clean components, tools, and instruments using cavitation-based ultrasonic cleaning. The core programme consists of the Sonorex K, DE, and D series, which differ in bath volume, heating, and frequency. The entry-level Sonorex K 08 operates without heating and is suitable for water-based cleaning fluids, while the DE series incorporates an integrated heater for solvent-free cleaning processes.
All Sonorex units operate at 35 kHz ultrasonic frequency. Rated power and bath volume increase with model number: the Sonorex K 1 C includes a multi-function basket for small parts, while the K 10 handles larger batch quantities. Models with digital display and timer control are available for documented cleaning processes.
Alongside the Bandelin Sonorex units we carry the Reeco US series. The four digitally controlled cleaners cover 6, 10, 22 and 50 l of working capacity, cleaning time is set from 0 to 99 minutes and bath temperature from 0 to 80 °C. Tank, housing and lid are stainless steel and all metal parts are grounded, so the units can be used inside the EPA. A matching insert basket in acid-resistant stainless steel is available for every model.
