All prices listed on our website are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as the statutory value-added tax (currently 19% pursuant to § 12 para. 1 UStG, or 7% pursuant to § 12 para. 2 UStG).

Applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They can be viewed on the "Shipping Costs" page, are shown separately during the ordering process, and are to be borne by you in addition to the purchase price.

For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the event of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may be payable by you — however, not to us as the seller, but to the competent customs or tax authorities in the destination country.

Customers from third countries (non-EU): Deliveries are generally made as export supplies pursuant to § 4 no. 1 lit. a UStG in conjunction with § 6 UStG without German VAT. Import duties and customs charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unless otherwise agreed, the purchase price for prepayment orders is due immediately. For purchases on account (available to approved business customers only), the payment term is 7 days net from the invoice date.

If the buyer is in default of payment, the seller is entitled to charge default interest. In transactions with businesses, the default interest rate is 9 percentage points above the base rate of the European Central Bank p.a. pursuant to § 288 para. 2 BGB. In transactions with consumers, the default interest rate is 5 percentage points above the base rate pursuant to § 288 para. 1 BGB.

In commercial transactions between businesses, the seller is additionally entitled to a flat-rate default fee of EUR 40.00 pursuant to § 288 para. 5 BGB. The right to claim further compensation for damages caused by default remains unaffected.

The delivered goods remain the property of A1-ESD equipment GmbH until all claims arising from the business relationship have been paid in full (simple retention of title pursuant to § 449 BGB).

In the case of business customers, an extended retention of title applies: the reserved goods may be resold in the ordinary course of business. The buyer hereby assigns to A1-ESD equipment GmbH all claims arising from the resale up to the invoice amount. A1-ESD equipment GmbH accepts this assignment. The buyer remains authorised to collect the assigned claims as long as they meet their payment obligations.

Any processing or transformation of the reserved goods by the buyer is always carried out on behalf of A1-ESD equipment GmbH. If the reserved goods are processed together with objects not belonging to us, we acquire co-ownership of the new item in proportion to the value of the reserved goods relative to the other processed items at the time of processing.

The entire esd.equipment website is protected by TLS/SSL encryption (256-bit). All personal data — including payment information — is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form.

Since 1 January 2025, A1-ESD equipment GmbH is able to receive and process structured electronic invoices in XRechnung or ZUGFeRD 2.0.1+ format in accordance with the requirements of the German Growth Opportunities Act (§ 14 UStG new version).

Upon request, we can also issue your invoices as machine-readable e-invoices. Please indicate your preferred format and your Leitweg-ID (for public authorities) when placing your order.
