ESD Workplates

ESD Workplaces

ESD worktops made of HPL (High Pressure Laminate) form the antistatic work surface in EPA zones per DIN EN 61340-5-1. The range covers antistatic worktops in thicknesses of 28 mm and 38 mm, with depths from 500 mm to 1,000 mm and lengths from 700 mm to 2,000 mm. The permanently dissipative surface resistance (10⁶-10¹¹ Ω) protects ESD-sensitive components reliably without any periodic retreatment.

The plates can be used as replacement or supplementary tops for existing frames or substructures and are supplied with a grounding connection point. The chemical-resistant HPL surface withstands common industrial cleaning agents and allows ISO-compliant workplace cleaning.

Dissipative HPL surface - surface resistance 10⁶-10¹¹ Ω, permanently stable without retreatment
Thickness 28 mm and 38 mm - 28 mm for standard frames, 38 mm for higher load requirements
Wide format range - length 700-2,000 mm, depth 500-1,000 mm, closely stepped size series
DIN EN 61340-5-1 compliant - verified ESD protection for EPA-zone use
🛡 Chemical-resistant - resistant to common industrial and cleaning chemicals

Typical applications: Replacement of worn work surfaces on ESD frames without full replacement, construction of new EPA workstations with custom frames or substructures, test workstations in SMT production and PCB assembly, and repair stations in semiconductor and medical device manufacturing.
