Dispensing
The dispensing technology range on esd.equipment covers pneumatic and manual dispensing devices, dispensing guns, dispensing needles, cartridges and static mixers from Nordson EFD and Oki. Dispensing devices in the Ultimus, Performus and Performus-X series regulate dispensing pressure from 0 to 7 bar with timing control from 0.0001 to 999.9 seconds. The range covers all stages of the dispensing process: from the dispenser through cartridge and needle to mixers for two-component materials.
All components are compatible with the Nordson EFD bayonet system: cartridges from 3 to 55 cm3 fit all common dispensers and guns via the corresponding bayonet adapters. For multi-component mixing, static spiral mixers from the 160 and 190 series are available in various element and diameter configurations.
