Tubing protection from sparks and weld spatter are some of the most challenging requirements faced in many arc or spot welding applications but, we now have the answer following the launch of a our new three layer flame resistant tube, Series TRTU. Developed initially for the automotive manufacturing industry and suitable for use with both air and water, our R&D engineers have adopted a unique triple layer approach to tube construction by covering an internal polyurethane tube with a middle layer of aluminium laminated film and then adding a final outer layer of polyolefin, which is flame resistant to UL-94 Standard V-O. Designed for use with our Series KR-W2 Flame Resistant or Series KQB2 Metal one-touch fittings ranges, Series TRTU tubing is available in six colour options and with inner tube outside dimensions of 6, 8, 10 and 12.
