Jun-Air Compressors for clean, quiet compressed air

Jun-Air compressors are designed for reliable compressed air generation with exceptionally quiet operation, making them well suited for lab, electronics, workshop, and assembly environments. They are available as both oil-free and oil-lubricated versions, allowing the air quality level to be matched to the application. Many solutions are intended to run close to the point of use, including near workstations.

Oil-free systems focus on clean air and low noise emissions, while maintaining high reliability and minimal maintenance requirements. Depending on the configuration, delivered air flow can reach up to 260 l/min at 8 bar, supporting stable supply for tools, valves, and pneumatic consumers. Air receivers are offered in multiple sizes, enabling the buffer volume to be tuned to peak loads and cyclic demand.

Oil-lubricated versions deliver extremely smooth running characteristics through vibration-decoupled compressor assemblies and additional damping measures. Typical systems can achieve very low sound pressure levels down to around 35 dB(A), which can make installation directly at the workstation feasible in many settings. Maximum pressure is often 8 bar as standard, with special versions available up to 14 bar.

For correct sizing, key parameters include maximum pressure, intake capacity, effective delivered flow at operating pressure, noise level, and tank volume. Compact designs with integrated tanks support space-saving installations, while larger receivers can reduce switching frequency. Optional components such as air drying packages and soundproof enclosures further improve air quality and acoustic comfort.

In industrial use cases, Jun-Air is positioned around application-specific compressed air solutions with an emphasis on durability, environmental compatibility, and user-friendly operation. This makes the compressors suitable for continuous supply concepts as well as decentralized compressed air points in production areas. The mix of quiet operation, flexible system configuration, and practical performance supports easy integration into existing pneumatic setups.
