Die W14040G wurde speziell für das Abisolieren von Hochtemperatur-Drähten aus thermostabilen Materialien wie Teflon*, Kapton*, Silikonkautschuk usw. mit einem Durchmesser von 40 AWG (0,08 mm / 0,0031 in) entwickelt.
Die selbstzentrierende Konstruktion sorgt für eine perfekte Ausrichtung der Spitze, so dass die Isolierung entfernt werden kann, ohne die Leiter zu beschädigen.
Diese Spitze arbeitet mit der WS140 Präzisions-Hochtemperatur-Abisolierpinzette, die über eine einstellbare Abisolierlänge verfügt, um die Abisolierlänge zu wählen.
