Details

Sonotroden übertragen die mechanischen Schwingungen in die
Probe, sind thermostabil, autoklavierbar und beständig
gegen korrosive Medien. Probenvolumen, Gefäßdurchmesser
und gewünschte Amplitude bestimmen Geräteauswahl
und Sonotrodentyp. Eine hohe Amplitude
bedeutet eine besonders intensive Beschallung.
Der Anschluss der Sonotrode erfolgt an Stufen- oder Boosterhörner.
Alle BANDELIN Sonotroden werden aus der Titanlegierung TiAl6V4 (3.7165) gefertigt.

Mikrospitzen sind Sonotroden mit besonders dünner Spitze, was die Beschallung kleiner Volumina mit einer hohen Amplitude und damit hoher Ultraschall-Wirkung ermöglicht.
