Moving small volumes of liquid at a steady, repeatable rate is what this range is built for. The pumps run on 24 V DC, prime themselves and deliver against an outlet pressure of up to 3 bar.

• Self-priming at 200 to 400 mbar, so the pump does not have to be flooded before start-up.
• Outlet pressure up to 3 bar, enough for longer lines and narrow cross sections.
• Flow rates from 100 to 800 ml/min cover small-scale dosing and circulation duties.
• Current draw of 600 mA or less at 24 V, an existing control supply is sufficient.
• Rated for continuous operation across a working pressure range of 0 to 1000 mbar.

Operating principle

A DC brush motor drives the diaphragm through an eccentric. Inlet and outlet valves set the flow direction, and the diaphragm keeps the liquid away from the drive.
