Determine the torque range

Select the screwdriver by the required tightening torque. Kilews screwdrivers cover everything from very low torques for fine-mechanical and electronics applications to higher torques for more robust fastening. Aim to keep your working torque near the middle of the tool's range - this improves repeatability.

Start method and form factor

Kilews offers different triggering methods and form factors:

• Lever start: triggered by a lever, proven for high volumes.
• Push start: the screwdriver starts when pressed onto the screw - fast, low-fatigue work.
• Straight (pistol-free) body: ergonomic for continuous use at the station.

Corded or cordless

Corded EC screwdrivers with a controller or power pack suit the stationary series station. Cordless straight screwdrivers offer more freedom of movement for changing locations and rework.

Control and accessories

For documented processes, intelligent controllers add screw-count and torque monitoring. Matching power packs, foot switches, soft-start modules and automatic screw feeding complete the workstation.
