Alsident System - extraction arms and local exhaust
Alsident System is a Danish manufacturer of articulated extraction arms and local exhaust solutions. The modular range spans slim arms in DN50, DN75 and DN100 and captures fumes, vapours and dust directly at the point where they are created.
The arms can be positioned freely and hold their setting thanks to friction-guided joints, without springs or locking screws. Extraction hoods, extraction cabinets, consoles and single joints complete the system, so that workplaces in laboratories, electronics production and industry can be equipped flexibly.

Choosing the right extraction arm
Diameter DN50, DN75 or DN100
The nominal diameter determines the possible air flow and the field of use. DN50 suits light applications and small workplaces, DN75 is the common size for laboratory and electronics, and DN100 covers larger air volumes and industrial tasks.
Mounting type
Different fixings are available depending on the workplace:
- Wall mounting for fixed extraction on a wall
- Bench mounting via consoles directly at the work table
- Ceiling mounting for free-standing positions without a nearby wall
Hood and material
The hood is matched to the application. Transparent hoods in PC or PETG keep the work area in view, while conductive ESD hoods in PP help avoid static charge in electronics production.
Which size fits?
| Criterion | DN50 | DN75 | DN100 |
