ITECO is an Italian manufacturer of machines and equipment for electronics manufacturing. Its focus is the automatic processing of leaded components - cutting, forming and preparing axial, radial and transistor parts for through-hole (THT) assembly.

Buyer's guide

Choosing the right ITECO machine

Component type drives the choice

Select the machine by the shape of your leaded components. Axial parts are handled by the Superform series, taped radial parts by the Supercut/RP machines, and transistors by the automatic Supercut/TOCF lead cutters and formers.

Voltage and blades

Check the required supply voltage - many models are available as 110 V or 230 V variants. For long service life in abrasive applications, selected separators offer a titanium blade.

Separating and depaneling

There are two routes to board singulation: motorized PCB separators (Tractor.sep2m) for straight cuts, and precision milling depanelers for complex contours with low mechanical stress on the assembly.

Moisture protection and packaging

Forced-ventilation ovens for drying and conditioning moisture-sensitive parts.
Vacuweld vacuum sealers for sealing components into protective packaging, optionally with gas.
