Choosing the right Kinetronics brush
Match the width to the application
The web width you need to clean is decisive. For narrow formats and spot work the SW flat brushes are enough. For laminating, film and paper lines choose the SWL brushes, which range from around 625 mm to over 2100 mm and cover the full material width.
Antistatic, not just dust-catching
Ordinary brushes charge the material further as they wipe and immediately attract dust again. Kinetronics brushes use conductive fibres that dissipate the charge. A conductive handle or grounding cable safely leads the charge to earth - essential for a lasting clean result.
Graphics and print
The SWG brushes are designed for reprographics, print and photographic work. They remove particles from originals, films and prints before they turn into visible defects.
The right accessories
For spot contamination and fine cleaning, the SpeckGRABBER spot cleaner and the antistatic microfiber cloths complete the range - available for dry or wet cleaning.

Frequently asked questions about Kinetronics
What does Kinetronics make?
Kinetronics is a manufacturer of antistatic cleaning brushes and tools. The range includes static-dissipative brushes for films, paper, laminates and the graphic industry, along with complementary ESD cleaning accessories such as spot cleaners and antistatic microfiber cloths.
How does an antistatic brush differ from a normal brush?
An antistatic brush uses conductive fibres that dissipate electrostatic charge instead of creating it. This removes dust without re-charging the surface and immediately attracting particles again. A conductive handle or grounding cable leads the charge safely to earth.
What do the codes SWL and SWG mean?
SWL brushes are large-format antistatic brushes for films, paper and laminators, covering widths from around 625 to over 2100 mm. SWG brushes are ESD brushes for the graphic industry and print environments.
Which width should I choose?
The width depends on the material you clean. SW flat brushes suit narrow formats and hand work, while the wider SWL brushes cover full material and film webs and are available up to over two metres wide. Choose a brush that spans the full working width.
Are the products suitable for ESD workplaces?
Yes. Kinetronics brushes and accessories are designed to be static-dissipative and are therefore intended for use at ESD-protected workplaces and in electrostatically sensitive processes.
