Choosing the right Delvo electric screwdriver

Determine the torque range

Select the screwdriver by the tightening torque you need. The DLV series covers small to medium torques, for example in electronics, fine mechanics and housing assembly. Aim for your target torque to sit within the middle of the tool's adjustment range.

Start type: push or lever

Delvo screwdrivers are available with push start (triggered by pressing down) and with lever start (triggered by a lever). Push start suits fast, cycle-time work; lever start gives more control on individual fastenings.

ESD and sensitive assemblies

For work on electrostatically sensitive components, choose an ESD-safe version and make sure the workstation is properly integrated into your ESD protection concept.
