For grippers, clamping fixtures and laboratory set-ups that need their own vacuum, this series reaches between -333 and -800 mbar at free air displacements of 3 to 60 l/min. The pumps run on 230 V at 50 Hz and are built into the machine using fixed mounting dimensions.

• Vacuum without a central supply, as the pumps run straight off 230 V at 50 Hz and draw 14 to 95 W depending on the model
• The series can be matched to the process, ranging from -333 mbar with high displacement up to -800 mbar for deeper vacuum
• Maintenance can be scheduled against the stated service life of 3,000 to 10,000 operating hours
• Almost every model is rated for continuous duty, one version is designed for a 60 minute duty cycle
• Inlet and outlet as ISO Rc 1/4 female threads or hose nipples of 6 and 15 mm outside diameter, so exhaust air can be ducted where needed
• Fits compact equipment, with mounting dimensions from 48 x 62 mm to 102 x 130 mm and weights of 0.7 to 5 kg

Operating principle

A coil-driven piston draws air in at the inlet and pushes it out through the outlet. Depending on the model, the coil winding is rated to insulation class E or B.

Standards and compliance

Coil insulation is classified E or B to JETL, with class B applying under UL-1450.
