AC piston compressor AC0610, 8 l/min - Nitto Kohki 191102828

When a machine or laboratory instrument has to generate its own compressed air at the point of use, this series covers rated pressures from 0.1 to 2.0 bar and flow rates from 0.8 to 80 l/min. The compressors run on 230 V at 50 Hz and mount directly into the equipment via fixed mounting dimensions.

• No separate air supply line required, as the compressors run straight off 230 V at 50 Hz and draw between 14 and 100 W depending on the model
• Maintenance can be scheduled against the stated service life of 3,000 to 10,000 operating hours
• Continuous processes are possible because most of the series is rated for continuous duty, with 30 and 60 minute duty cycle versions available for higher pressures
• Repeatable installation thanks to defined mounting dimensions from 48 x 62 mm to 102 x 130 mm
• Connects to existing lines through ISO Rc 1/4 and Rc 3/8 female threads or hose nipples of 4.7 and 6 mm outside diameter
• Suitable for portable equipment as well, with unit weights between 0.7 and 5 kg

Operating principle

A coil-driven piston compresses the air inside the cylinder and delivers it at the outlet. Depending on the model, the coil winding is rated to insulation class E or B.

Standards and compliance

Coil insulation is classified E or B to JETL, with class A or B applying under UL-1450 depending on the model.
