The Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus curve and transfer units redirect workpiece carriers through 45°, 90°, and 180° arcs without interrupting pallet flow, maintaining conveyor speeds of up to 18 m/min and supporting carrier loads of up to 20 kg. Precision roller guidance and a standardised 160 mm track width ensure compatibility across the entire TS 2plus modular conveyor system, eliminating the need for custom transition pieces. All units comply with EN ISO 12100 machinery safety requirements and integrate directly with TS 2plus straight sections, buffer stops, and lifting/lowering units.
