Choosing the right KIWO cleaner
Select by cleaning task
The decisive factor is the process step to be cleaned:
- Stencils and misprints: water-based or two-phase cleaners (e.g. EL 8200, EL 8800, EL 8900).
- Reflow ovens: cleaners for residues in the oven chamber (EL 9100, EL 9180).
- Condensate traps: specialised cleaners such as EL 9230.
Concentrate or ready to use
Concentrates such as EL 9240 (1:4) or EL 8900 (3:1) are diluted before use and are economical at high consumption. Pre-saturated CleanWipes are ready to use and suited to spot cleaning by hand.
Pack size
For series production, 25-litre canisters are available; for smaller needs there are 1- and 5-litre containers and spray bottles. Review consumption and storage conditions before setting the pack size.
