The Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus cross-transfer units enable precise 90-degree workpiece carrier transfers between parallel conveyor lines without interrupting production flow. Designed for pallet widths from 160 mm to 320 mm and carrier loads up to 20 kg, these Quertransport modules integrate directly into the TS 2plus transfer system with a positioning repeatability of ±0.1 mm - fully compliant with modular assembly line standards including ISO 9283 and DIN EN ISO 10218.
As an authorized distributor of Bosch Rexroth assembly technology, esd.equipment stocks 67 cross-transfer components - including lifting-and-swiveling units, roller-based crossovers, and pneumatic transfer modules - all engineered to TS 2plus interface specifications and supported by full technical documentation and application consultation.
