Suspension profile Bosch Rexroth

Bosch Rexroth Einhängeprofile are precision-engineered aluminium structural profiles designed to slot directly into the T-slot grid of Bosch Rexroth's MPS and assembly station framework. With groove widths of 8 mm (size 40) and 10 mm (size 45/50), these hook-in profiles achieve positional repeatability of <0.1 mm and support static loads of up to 50 kg per mounting point - no additional fasteners required at the point of suspension. Surface finish is mill-finish or anodised to Ra ≤1.6 µm, fully compatible with Bosch Rexroth's modular profile standard 3 842 xxx series.
