ESD Drehteller (ESD turntable platters) deliver a controlled surface resistance of 10⁵-10⁹ Ω in compliance with IEC 61340-5-1, allowing operators to rotate PCBs, assemblies, and sensitive components through 360° without breaking ground continuity or generating triboelectric discharge events exceeding 100 V. Ball-bearing bases keep rotational friction below 0.5 N·m, while HPL or conductive rubber working surfaces maintain a system resistance to ground of < 3.5 × 10⁷ Ω when bonded into an EPA-compliant earthing chain.
