ESD compressed air ionizers eliminate static charges on surfaces that contact-based grounding cannot reach - delivering ion output at distances of 100-600 mm, with charge decay times below 0.5 s at 300 mm (per IEC 61340-5-1). Equipped with high-voltage power supplies operating at 3.5-7 kV and air pressures of 1.5-6 bar, these blow-off guns and nozzle systems provide residual voltage <50 V on target surfaces, meeting EPA requirements for direct component handling.
