ESD Ionisation bars - TEC
ESD Ionization
ESD ionising bars neutralise electrostatic charges on surfaces, webs and components by emitting balanced positive and negative ions across working widths from 150 mm to over 1 500 mm. Residual voltage after treatment drops to <±10 V within 0.5 s at a 50 mm working distance - verified against IEC 61340-5-1 and IEC 60079-0 requirements. High-voltage AC emitter pins operate at 3.5-7 kV, while pulsed DC models deliver separate positive/negative cycles for offset correction to <±2 V at rated distance.
As a specialist ESD distributor, esd.equipment stocks 28 ionising bar references from leading manufacturers including Simco-Ion, Transforming Technologies and Fraser Anti-Static. Every unit ships with traceable calibration documentation and is compliant with IEC 61340-5-1, EN 61340-2-3 and ANSI/ESD S20.20 - covering static-safe workstation integration and EPA zone requirements.
