Solder alloys - SAC305 (Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5), SN100C, and low-temperature Bi-based formulations - are selected to meet IPC J-STD-006 and IEC 61190-1-1 qualification criteria, ensuring joint reliability across reflow, wave, and hand-soldering processes.
