Solder Baths (pots) - ESD (antistatic)
Ersa Soldering Technology
Ersa solder baths deliver precise temperature control across a working range of 180-480 °C with a stability tolerance of ±1-2 °C, meeting the process requirements defined under IEC 61190-1 and DIN EN 29454. The tinned steel and stainless-steel pot designs resist tin alloy corrosion over continuous-duty cycles, supporting both lead-free SAC305 (217 °C liquidus) and conventional Sn60Pb40 alloys without pot degradation. Bath capacities range from compact 1.5 kg benchtop units to 4 kg production-grade models, with heating outputs from 230 W to 900 W for rapid thermal recovery after component immersion.
As an authorized Ersa distributor, esd.equipment stocks 19 solder bath variants ready for immediate dispatch, covering the full Ersa TONI series lineup. Every unit ships with calibration documentation traceable to national standards, and is compatible with Ersa flux dispensers and dross removal accessories for a complete station integration.
