Soldering and desoldering tips - TEC
OKI
OKI soldering and desoldering tips are precision-engineered for use with OKI Metcal and Hakko-compatible stations, delivering tip temperatures stable to within ±2 °C across a working range of 200-450 °C. The copper-core construction with iron-clad and micro-bonded solder-wettable zones ensures thermal recovery rates sufficient for lead-free alloys (Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5, liquidus 217 °C), while tip-to-ground resistance values remain below 2 Ω to protect ESD-sensitive components rated down to 100 V HBM (IEC 61340-5-1, IPC-A-610).
As a specialist distributor for OKI soldering technology, esd.equipment stocks 237 tip variants - covering conical, chisel, bevel, hoof, knife and micro-desoldering geometries - all compliant with IPC J-STD-001 process requirements. Each tip ships with full traceability documentation, compatible with OKI MFR-H6 and MFR-H6-SC handpieces.
