AUER plastic pallets are engineered for high-load industrial storage and transport, with static load capacities reaching up to 5,000 kg and dynamic ratings of 1,000-2,500 kg, depending on series. Manufactured from impact-resistant HDPE or PP with closed-deck or open-grid surfaces, these pallets comply with ISO 8611 dimensional tolerances and are fully compatible with standard Euro-pallet racking systems (1,200 x 800 mm and 1,200 x 1,000 mm footprints). The hygienic, non-porous surface meets food-industry requirements (FDA/EC 1935/2004) and withstands temperatures from -30 °C to +80 °C without structural deformation.
