Wiha Tweezers - TEC
Wiha Instruments
Wiha Pinzetten are precision hand tools engineered to tolerances of ±0.05 mm at the tip, manufactured from hardened stainless steel (1.4034 / AISI 420) with surface resistances in the ESD-safe range of 10⁵-10⁹ Ω where applicable, fully compliant with IEC 61340-5-1 for electrostatic-protected-area (EPA) use. The serrated or smooth gripping surfaces, combined with tip hardness values of 48-52 HRC, deliver repeatable grip force without deforming SMD components down to 0201 size or fine wire below 0.1 mm diameter.
As an authorised Wiha distributor, esd.equipment stocks 15 Wiha tweezers across straight, angled, and wavy-tip geometries - spanning general-purpose assembly, SMT rework, medical device production, and laboratory applications. Each instrument is 100% factory-inspected against DIN ISO 9001 quality standards and ships from warehouse stock without minimum order quantity.
