Bosch Rexroth material levels (Materialebenen) are engineered modular shelf and supply platforms designed for direct integration into TS 2plus and TS 5 transfer system profiles. Built from precision-punched steel with load capacities of up to 50 kg per level, they maintain positional tolerances of <0.5 mm under continuous assembly-line use. Surface finishes meet the corrosion requirements of DIN EN ISO 12944, and all mounting hardware is dimensionally compatible with the Bosch Rexroth 45 mm aluminium profile grid - no drilling or secondary machining required.
