The BS 2/C-100 belt section is a ready-to-install driven conveyor for workpiece carriers, handling longitudinal transport or lateral transfer between parallel lines when combined with two HQ 2 lift-and-transfer units. The flat-top plastic chain is available in ESD-safe version (KA = A) for use in EPA zones. Track widths from 160 to 1200 mm and lengths up to 6000 mm suit a wide range of manual and automated assembly systems.

The Bosch Rexroth BS 2/C-100 belt section is a pre-assembled, immediately operational conveyor for workpiece carriers. It transports carriers longitudinally or, combined with two HQ 2 lift-and-transfer units, laterally between parallel conveyor lines. The natural anodised aluminium track profile and polyamide guide and slide profiles deliver smooth running and low maintenance requirements. Rexroth strongly recommends the LU 2 automatic lubrication unit for high-demand assembly lines.
