TS 2plus transfer system
Longitudinal transport in the Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system moves workpiece carriers in the conveying direction along the assembly line. The range includes accumulating roller chains (1/2"x5/16", PA-ESD and ST-ESD, each 12 m), track profiles (SP 2/R-100, SP 2/C-100, each 6070 mm), deflections, connecting sets, and belt guide profiles for straight and curved track sections.
Additional items cover maintenance tracks (ST2/R-W), roller conveyors (RB 2), scrapers for flat-top chains, and a belt mounting tool set (BELT MOUNTING TS2). Several connecting set variants are available for joining track sections, including UM 2/B, BS 2/SE and BS2/R. A heat press (EHP 5L) and adhesive K2000 allow conveyor belts to be spliced on site.
