The BS 2/R-V+ 1200 belt section is a ready-to-install conveyor unit with its own drive for transporting workpiece carriers longitudinally or, combined with two HQ 2 lift-and-transfer units, laterally between parallel lines. The Vplus accumulating roller chain is EPA-rated (ESD-safe), supports a maximum accumulation load of 1200 kg, and accommodates track widths from 400 to 1200 mm and lengths from 650 to 6000 mm.

The BS 2/R-V+ 1200 belt section from Bosch Rexroth is a self-contained conveyor unit for the TS 2plus transfer system. It moves workpiece carriers in the longitudinal direction or - paired with two HQ 2 lift-and-transfer units - across to a parallel line. The Vplus accumulating roller chain is qualified for use in electrostatic protected areas (EPA/ESD), and workpiece carriers on it can reach speeds up to 2.5 times the chain speed. For chain speeds above 9 m/min, specific dimensional constraints apply.

  • Track width (b): 400-1200 mm; length (l): 650-6000 mm - scalable to line requirements
  • Motor mounting: right, left, or centre; connection via cable/plug or terminal box
  • Reversing operation available for l ≤ 2000 mm with chains without small-parts guard
  • Nominal speeds: 0, 6, 9, 12, 15, or 18 m/min (vN = 0: supplied without motor and gearbox)
