The Drive Module AS 2/C-400 is the primary drive unit for the TS 2plus flat-top chain transfer system. It moves workpiece carriers reliably through assembly and test lines and is rated for section loads up to 400 kg in accumulation operation. The module ships fully assembled and mounts directly to standard ST 2/... conveyor sections.

• ESD-safe to KA = A: chain approved for use in Electrostatic Protected Areas (EPA)
• Wide track-width range: preferred values 160, 240, 320, 400, 480, 640, 800, 1040 and 1200 mm; custom widths available on request
• Section load capacity of 400 kg in accumulation operation for demanding load profiles
• Conveyor medium length lAS = 625 mm for defined transfer positions
• Dry-room capable at below 1 % relative humidity
• Fully assembled and ready to install, including all fastening hardware
