Weller Soldering tips

Weller LHT soldering tips are developed for the WSP 150 soldering iron and LHT-compatible Weller stations. The range includes six straight chisel forms (LHT C: 3.2x1.2 mm; LHT D: 4.7x1.8 mm; LHT E: 6.7x1.8 mm; LHT F: 9.3x1.8 mm), a bent chisel tip (LHT DX for WSP 150: 5x2 mm), a bent wide tip (LHT FX: 9.2x2.0 mm), and a 45°-bevelled special form (LHT D 45°: 1.8 mm) for solar cell production. Widths from 3.2 mm to 9.3 mm cover applications from fine SMD pads to wide THT connections.

LHT D 45° solar cell tip - 45° bevel, purpose-built for tabbing and stringing processes in solar cell manufacturing
LHT DX for WSP 150 - bent chisel 5x2 mm, for joints under raised components or laterally accessible pads
LHT F (9.3 mm) / LHT FX (9.2 mm bent) - maximum contact width for wide bus bars and ground planes
🛠 WSP 150 compatibility - LHT DX explicitly rated for WSP 150; other LHT tips for LHT-compatible irons

Typical applications: Manual THT soldering on medium to wide pads (LHT C to LHT F), solar cell manufacturing and tabbing/stringing processes (LHT D 45°), soldering under raised components or in confined spaces (LHT DX, LHT FX bent), and tinning or joining on wide copper carriers and bus conductors.
