Weller XNT soldering tips are precision-machined copper-core tips with a high-durability iron plating and anti-oxidation coating, engineered for the Weller WE 1010, WXP 65, and WT 1 soldering stations. Operating temperatures range from 50 to 450 °C with a thermal recovery time under 5 seconds, ensuring stable heat delivery even during high-throughput hand-soldering on SMT boards and through-hole assemblies. Tip-to-ground resistance is maintained below 2 Ω in compliance with IEC 61340-5-1, making every XNT tip fully EPA-safe for ESD-sensitive component handling.
