Soldering tips
The Weller XNT soldering tip series covers more than 30 geometries for the 150 W WXP 120, WX 1, WX 2 and other compatible stations. The range extends from ultra-fine conical tips (XNT-1S D: 0.2 mm; XNT-1 D: 0.5 mm) through chisel types from 0.4x0.15 mm (XNT-1SC) to 4x0.8 mm (XNT-D), including the long conical XNT-1L (0.2 mm, 43 mm length), solder depot tips (XNT-GW-1 2 mm, XNT GW2 short 4.75 mm), and an M4 threaded tip. Bevel round forms (XNT BB 45°, 2.4 mm; XNT CC 45°, 3.2 mm) and the knife-form XNT-KN (width 2 mm) complete the programme.

Typical applications: SMT production and rework on fine-pitch components (QFP, TQFP, SOIC), THT assembly and mixed boards, cable assembly, repair of smartphone and tablet PCBs, prototype development, and production and maintenance at WXP 120 and WX series stations. The bent variants enable access in confined areas of densely populated assemblies.
