The Nitto Kohki Multi Cupla MALS and MALT series are compact multi-circuit pneumatic quick-connect couplings designed for simultaneous connection of multiple air lines in a single push-action. MALS (socket) and MALT (plug) bodies are machined from high-strength aluminium alloy with anodised finish, delivering working pressures up to 1.0 MPa (10 bar) and flow coefficients (Cv) that support circuits from 2 to 10 ports in one action - eliminating mis-connection risk and reducing changeover time by up to 80 % versus individual couplings. Internal check valves in each port prevent cross-flow and retain pressure on disconnection, meeting the requirements of ISO 4414 for pneumatic circuit safety.
