Load ratings range from 80 kg per castor on standard polyurethane wheels up to 200 kg per castor on heavy-duty swivel castors with ball-bearing hubs, enabling total cart capacities of 300-800 kg depending on wheel configuration. Tread materials include polyurethane (Shore 80A), rubber, and glass-fibre-reinforced nylon, with rolling resistance values measured to DIN EN ISO 8093.
