Bernstein screwdrivers and precision screwdriving tools are engineered for exacting assembly and service environments - combining calibrated torque control, ESD-safe shaft materials with surface resistance 10⁵-10⁹ Ω (IEC 61340-5-1), and blade tolerances held to <0.05 mm to prevent cam-out on sensitive fasteners. Interchangeable blade systems cover slotted, Phillips, Pozidriv, TORX®, and hex profiles from M1.0 to M10, with hardened chrome-vanadium tips rated for >50,000 operating cycles.
