Digital surface resistance tester with OLED display

The DESCO 19291 is a digital teraohmmeter for point-to-point and point-to-ground resistance measurements on ESD workstations, floor coverings and packaging materials. With switchable test voltages of 10 V and 100 V, it covers the relevant resistance range from conductive to insulating and delivers reproducible, standard-compliant results for ongoing ESD control.
