Safe-STAT teraohm meter with Bluetooth and SD card

The Safe-STAT RM 4000-SD is a compact resistance meter for testing and documenting an ESD protected area (EPA) to IEC 61340. With test voltages of 10 V and 100 V it measures surface, volume and dissipation resistance over a range of 5 kΩ to 2 TΩ. Operation is intuitive via a touchscreen, and a breach of programmed limit values is shown by a change of colour in the display.
